COMMISSIONS AND CUSTOM WORK:

Note: I do not make custom artwork for personal use.

TATTOOS:

Unfortunately, I do not make custom tattoo designs. However, it is always exciting to see my work tattooed on your skin and I am very happy that you would like to immortalize it with you!

TATTOO ARTIST: If you would like to tattoo any of my existing artwork, please contact me!

SHIPPING:

Order processing time after payment confirmation may be longer during festive periods and major holidays.

Domestic Shipping: Shipments are mainly made by the Brazilian Post Office (unless the customer chooses other carriers available at checkout) and delivery times vary depending on the processing time of each order and the shipping method chosen.

International Shipping: Prints and stickers are shipped by the Brazilian Post Office. T-shirt and poster shipments are shipped via Fedex or UPS and delivery times for all carriers vary depending on the processing time of each order and the shipping method chosen.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct details at checkout, so if you have entered incorrect details such as email, name or shipping address, please contact me immediately so I can amend them before the order is dispatched.

PRINTS: Prints are made to order periodically. If you have ordered prints, please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to be processed before being dispatched.
IN STOCK: Items in stock will have a shorter processing time. For items in this category, please allow 5-7 business days for processing before dispatch.
TRACKING CODE: You will receive an email with the tracking code and verification link from your chosen carrier within 24 hours of dispatch.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
IMPORT DUTY AND TAX FEES:


Import duty and tax fees may apply to any international shipments, depending on the destination country, and are not covered by international shipping costs.
Buyers are responsible for any applicable import duty and tax fees. More information about taxes can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.
If the package is returned to me by the carrier, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs.

Please note that once your order has shipped, I am not responsible for delivery delays by the carrier, nor for packages lost or stolen in international transit. Please contact your local customs or post office for information if you believe your package has been stolen or lost.

EXCHANGES, RETURNS, AND CANCELLATIONS:

I do not accept cancellations or returns. If you have received fine art prints that were damaged during shipping, please contact me within 7 days of receiving the package with attached photos showing the damage and a replacement will be sent to you.
